Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of outpatient healthcare practice management experience.
• Supervising clinical support and administrative staff.
• Strong understanding of clinic operations, scheduling, and healthcare administration.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of two outpatient primary care clinics.
• Maintain an active on-site presence at both locations.
• Develop and maintain standardized policies and workflows across both clinics.
• Monitor scheduling, capacity, and patient flow to maximize efficiency.
• Ensure staffing coverage and resource allocation for patient volume.
• Oversee referral coordination and ancillary services.
• Identify inefficiencies and implement improvements.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and policies.
