Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3–5 years of healthcare management or supervision including clinical operations.
• Broad knowledge of physician practice management and resource utilization.
• Excellent oral and written communication and presentation skills.
• Strong customer service in a high-volume setting.
• Initiative and ability to work independently.
• Outpatient experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations for multi-site practices and partner with medical leadership to drive performance.
• Lead teams across sites, align staff to service line vision, and manage staff engagement.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, evaluations, and performance management.
• Monitor revenue cycle, budgets, variances, and reporting for strategic decisions.
• Develop programs with leadership to support growth and quality outcomes.
• Ensure compliant policies, procedures, and patient experience across sites.
