The Southern California Orthopedic Institute is seeking a Practice Coordinator - Float to support operational efficiency across multiple practice locations. You will liaise between physicians, patients and staff, coordinate scheduling, and allocate resources to ensure smooth patient care delivery and compliance with regulatory standards.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with diverse healthcare teams and patients.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare operations, patient scheduling systems, and regulatory compliance standards.
• Proficiency with electronic health records (EHR) systems and standard office software.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate daily clinical operations across multiple practice sites, adapting to varying workflows and team needs.
• Serve as a point of contact for healthcare providers, patients, and administrative personnel to resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues.
• Monitor compliance with healthcare policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements to maintain high standards of care.
• Assist in managing patient flow, appointment scheduling, and resource allocation to maximize efficiency and reduce wait times.
• Support quality improvement initiatives by collecting data, preparing reports, and facilitating communication among stakeholders.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on operational protocols and best practices as needed.
• Respond promptly to emergent operational challenges, ensuring minimal disruption to clinical services.
