Qualifications

• H.S. Diploma/GED required.
• 2+ years medical office experience or 4 years of customer service experience.
• Advanced degree may be considered in lieu of experience.

Responsibilities

• Assist front-desk operations with patient check-in and check-out.
• Schedule appointments, manage calls, and route requests per protocol.
• Collect copays and verify insurance information in EMR.
• Maintain patient records and ensure accurate data entry.
• Support regulatory compliance and documentation as needed.
