ABB in Florence, SC, seeks a Plant Manager to oversee multiple US manufacturing sites within the Electrification Service Division. You will direct production, engineering, procurement, quality and logistics, driving modernization and continuous improvement across locations.

The role demands leadership, a focus on safety and quality, and the ability to travel to sites about 25% of the time. This on-site position offers strategic impact across revenue, cash flow and customer satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering or business administration, or technical field.
• 15+ years in operations with manufacturing and multi-line production experience.
• Experience in service business and Electrification products is preferred.
• Strong leadership, change management and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel to multiple sites about 25% of the time.
