Job summary

Advanced Energy seeks a Sr Manager, Manufacturing Operations to lead multi-site manufacturing, ensuring efficiency, quality, and cost control across locations. You will mentor supervisors, drive continuous improvement, and partner with senior leadership on capacity planning and new product scaling.

The role requires extensive experience in Lean manufacturing, ERP systems, and international travel, with a strong emphasis on safety, compliance, and team development.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or related field.
• 8+ years in manufacturing operations with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, and continuous improvement experience.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day manufacturing operations, ensuring production schedules are met.
• Optimize resource utilization, including labor, equipment, and materials.
• Drive Lean, Six Sigma, and other process improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership on production strategies and capacity planning.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
