Signode Industrial Group is seeking a seasoned Multi-site Plant Manager to drive safety, efficiency, and profitability across multiple facilities. The role demands strategic oversight, process improvement, and strong leadership to create a positive, results-driven culture.

You will lead plant operations, manage budgets, and collaborate with senior management to meet production targets and quality standards. A deep background in LEAN, ERP systems, and cost control is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 15+ years in manufacturing with at least 5 years in leadership.
• Experience overseeing multiple facilities and states.
• ERP knowledge plus Lean/CI experience.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and coordinate activities of plant departments and sites.
• Provide strong leadership to the manufacturing team.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to reach production goals.
• Uphold safety protocols and regulatory compliance.
• Oversee talent management from hiring to termination.
• Align plant operations with organizational objectives.
• Monitor production metrics and ensure targets and quality.
• Lead continuous improvement and efficiency initiatives.
• Prepare regular reports on performance and KPIs.
