Job summary

CHEP is seeking an experienced Site Leader to oversee a single manufacturing or distribution site. You will be accountable for safety, quality, cost and service, and will translate network priorities into site execution.

You will lead a team of hourly and salaried staff, drive Lean/CI initiatives, manage the P&L, and partner with functions to deliver KPI targets in a matrix environment. The role requires 7–10 years of plant leadership, a Bachelor’s degree, and a proven track record of improving

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of Plant leadership experience in automated manufacturing, logistics, supply chain, distribution, or industrial operations
• Strong leadership of safety, quality, cost, service, and productivity outcomes
• Experience with Lean, Continuous Improvement, and operational excellence

Responsibilities

• Own full plant P&L and long-term performance
• Deliver site KPIs (safety, DIFOT, cost, productivity)
• Embed standard operating systems and processes
• Drive Lean/CI execution and continuous improvement
• Manage labor and capacity and develop frontline leadership
• Lead talent development and succession within site
