Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years direct oversight and management experience in a manufacturing or distribution environment.
• Strong leadership skills with ability to develop a diverse team and cross-functional collaboration.
• Proficiency in safety and OSHA compliant processes; good financial literacy.

Responsibilities

• Build, mentor, and develop a team of Service Center Managers.
• Lead RPM operations to meet safety, production, and financial goals.
• Plan and execute continuous improvement, standard operating procedures, and KPI reviews.
