You will process weekly and biweekly payrolls, manage commissions and bonuses, ensure regulatory compliance, and support acquisitions and payroll integrations. Collaborative, detail-driven professionals will thrive in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Bilingual English/Spanish is required.
• Minimum 5 years managing multi-state payroll operations.
• Experience processing payroll across multiple EINs and legal entities.

Responsibilities

• Process weekly and biweekly payrolls across multiple companies, states, and schedules.
• Manage complex compensation including commissions, bonuses, draws, deductions, and PTO accruals.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local payroll regulations (California a plus).
• Support payroll integrations for acquisitions and system transitions.
• Perform reconciliations, generate payroll reports, and assist with year-end processing.
• Coordinate payroll tax registrations and respond to notices.
• Provide timekeeping support and validate payroll data.
