Job summary

InterPark LLC/PreFlight LLC is seeking an experienced Operations Manager responsible for planning and executing operations across parking facilities. You will lead a trained management team, ensure top service, and uphold corporate standards for customer service, employee development, and revenue controls.

You will train staff, manage budgets, drive landlord relationships, coordinate with corporate to execute strategic initiatives, and oversee payroll audits, safety programs, and compliance

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3+ years in parking/real estate or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience across multiple locations.
• At least 1 year working with financials, budgeting and P&L statements.
• Knowledge of marketing functions or 1 year marketing experience.
• Computer literacy: MS Word, MS Excel, and internet proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Train, develop, and motivate managers and staff to deliver superior parking experiences.
• Coach supervisory staff on personnel matters and performance discussions.
• Manage budgets to meet P&L goals.
• Audit payrolls and ensure accurate processing; monitor cash controls.
• Reconcile accounts receivable and address delinquent accounts.
• Collaborate with vendors and landlords to drive positive relationships.
• Assist business development and marketing plan submissions.
• Monitor safety and security across facilities.
