Job summary

AM Parking is seeking an Operations & Sales Manager to oversee daily parking operations across multiple sites in Miami, while driving revenue growth through active business development and client acquisition strategies.

The role requires direct parking industry experience, the ability to manage multi-site operations, and a proven track record of building relationships and closing new business with developers, hotels, and commercial properties. Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Qualifications

• Direct experience in parking operations or related field.
• Proven ability to pitch services, negotiate terms, and close deals.
• Experience in multi-site operations and client relationship management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily parking operations across multiple locations (valet, self-park, monthly, events).
• Drive revenue growth through business development and client acquisition.
• Promote and sell AM Parking services and technology to developers, hotels, and commercial properties.
• Build and maintain relationships with property owners and hospitality operators.
• Assist with structuring service agreements and client proposals.
