Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management with progressively bigger leadership roles.
• Experience managing multi-site or remote operations (parking, transportation, hospitality, or similar service industries).
• Comfortable with P&Ls, budgets, forecasting, and KPI dashboards.
• Experience rolling out service standards and brand consistency across multiple locations.
• Strong communicator who follows through and holds people accountable.
• Willing to be hands-on when the job requires it.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management preferred, not required.

Responsibilities

• Lead your team: set expectations, follow up, and hold results.
• Build and adjust schedules to match staffing needs.
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop your team.
• Step in and work a shift when coverage is short.
• Develop leaders so the location isn’t dependent on you.
• Own the client relationship: main contact for clients at locations, ensure consistent service quality.
• Run customer feedback and engagement programs and act on results.
• Catch service issues early and fix them before they become complaints.
• Run a tight operation: execute company processes and leadership priorities at the location.
• Lead weekly team check-ins and review performance with clients.
• Manage risk and compliance: log shift data, track KPIs, report trends.
• Flag risks before they become incidents.
• Own the numbers: manage revenue and protect it, control expenses, forecast budgets.
