• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, or Management preferred, not required.

Elite Parking Services of America is looking for an experienced Operations Manager to own the day-to-day performance of assigned parking and transportation locations. You'll be the person clients call when they need answers, the leader your team looks to for direction, and the one who knows the numbers cold — staffing, budgets, and service metrics. This is a role for someone who can lead from the front, including stepping in personally when the schedule gets tight.

What you'll do

Lead your team

• Set clear expectations, follow up consistently, and hold your team accountable to results
• Build and adjust schedules to match staffing needs
• Interview, onboard, train, and develop your team
• Step in and work a shift yourself when coverage is short
• Develop leaders under you so the location doesn’t depend on you being there 24/7

Own the client relationship

• Be the main point of contact for clients at your locations
• Keep service quality consistent across every shift

What you need
