Job summary

Goodwin Recruiting is seeking a Director of Operations for Ohio to lead a cluster of QSR restaurants and convenience stores. The role focuses on financial performance, customer satisfaction, and team development across the region.

The ideal candidate will have 5–7 years in multi-unit management within food & beverage or retail, with strong budgeting, forecasting, and brand-standard execution experience. This is a high-impact leadership position with growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in business/related field.
• Strong multi-site leadership experience in food & beverage or retail preferred.
• Proven ability to manage P&L, budgeting, forecasting and cost control.

Responsibilities

• Oversee multiple sites and drive financial results across the region.
• Lead General Managers by setting annual budgets and monitoring expenses.
• Ensure brand and regulatory compliance across all locations.
• Conduct district reviews, drive sales growth and customer engagement strategies.
• Develop leadership talent and succession planning for the organization.
