You will oversee district managers, develop teams, ensure food safety and profit growth, and partner with leadership to drive guest experiences, with a strong base salary and generous bonus, medical, PTO, and retirement benefits.

Qualifications

• Outgoing, people-loving leader with a passion for team culture.
• Desire to lead and build a positive, creative team.
• 4+ years in Director+ role managing 20+ locations.
• Current Serv Safe Certification.
• Strong P&L management and budgeting experience.
• Experience creating and managing budgets.

Responsibilities
