Job summary

AdaptHealth is seeking an Operations Manager to lead branch operations, ensure timely distribution of medical equipment and services, and collaborate with health systems and partners to improve patient care. You will guide logistics, inventory, and staff to meet regulatory and quality standards.

The role requires an associate degree (bachelor’s preferred), five years of leadership in HME, and a valid driver’s license, with opportunities for professional growth and competitive total rewards.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Five (5) years’ HME leadership experience required.
• Relevant healthcare/insurance customer services or billing experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license in state of residence.

Responsibilities

• Comply with current government regulations and professional standards for patient care.
• Oversee branch operations including Delivery, Warehouse, Logistics and Respiratory staff.
• Ensure services follow CMS, FDA, OSHA and accreditation requirements.
• Lead cost-efficient delivery and routing to meet timelines and budgets.
• Maintain inventory and coordinate with leaders to ensure timely customer delivery.
• Partner with regional leadership to improve patient experience and resolve concerns.

Education

Associate degree from an accredited college required, bachelor’s degree preferred
