Job summary

EchoStar is seeking an Operations Manager for In-Home Services to lead roughly 100 facilities nationwide. You will drive site performance, coach managers and technicians, and implement AI-enabled workflows to optimize scheduling and operations. The role emphasizes customer service excellence and scalable leadership across multi-site operations.

You will guide staffing, forecast needs, and mitigate risks in a fast-paced environment while aligning with business targets and growth initiatives.

Qualifications

• Minimum Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited four‑year college or university, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum Experience: 2 years of experience in site management or operational leadership.
• Required Skills: Directing facility operations, performance coaching & team development, and operational planning & resource scheduling in time‑critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and direct daily employee activity to achieve core operational goals.
• Coach, train, and develop managers and service technicians to optimize team performance and drive departmental OKRs.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to analyze site performance data, streamline scheduling, and optimize daily operational workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational execution across all facility functions.
• Establish clear accountability structures to support career pathing toward multi-site leadership.
