Job summary

A bachelor’s degree and 2 years in site leadership are required; base pay ranges 85k–105k with company benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years of site management or operational leadership.
• Experience directing facility operations and staff management.
• Experience in performance coaching and team development.
• Ability to plan and schedule resources in time-critical environments.

Responsibilities

• Oversee site operations and direct daily employee activity to achieve core operational goals.
• Coach, train, and develop managers and service technicians to optimize team performance and drive departmental OKRs.
• Leverage AI productivity tools to analyze site performance data, streamline scheduling, and optimize daily operational workflows.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and operational execution across all facility functions.
• Establish clear accountability structures to support career pathing toward multi-site leadership.
