Job summary

EchoStar, a leader in connectivity with DISH brands, seeks an inspirational operations leader to oversee district/regional operations within the In-Home Services scope. You will direct P&L, optimize staffing, training, and asset utilization across the territory while driving profitability and customer satisfaction.

The role requires a bachelor's degree with 5+ years in district/regional operations, strong communication, and the ability to travel 50-75%.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 5+ years of district/regional operations experience.
• Experience managing P&L, staffing, and inventory across multiple facilities.
• Strong leadership, communication, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct P&L responsibilities and manage spending and inventory within the territory.
• Achieve installation, customer service, and performance metric goals.
• Lead hiring, training and supervision, plus performance management.
• Travel to meet team members and company meetings.
• Coach and mentor multiple levels of the organization.
