Job summary

Wally Health is hiring an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations of a cohort of studios in the United States. You will ensure an exceptional member experience, monitor studio health, and lead on staffing, scheduling, and training to keep facilities running smoothly.

You will drive incentives for performance, manage inventory, and work with HQ to translate new ideas into scalable playbooks as we expand across locations.

Qualifications

• 2–3+ years in fast-paced operations roles.
• Analytical mindset with strong business judgment.
• Strong execution and problem-solving skills.
• Familiar with Philadelphia neighborhoods and commuting preferences.
• Ability to build and manage high-performing teams.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-location P&Ls: support staffing, throughput, utilizations and add-on treatment sales.
• Build & support studio teams: hiring and training for dentists, hygienists, and assistants; coordinate scheduling and training.
• Ensure operational performance: keep studios staffed, address gaps, ensure on-time, high-quality appointments.
