Job summary

Wally Health in Chicago is seeking a General Manager to be the city’s CEO, owning P&L, leading the team, and delivering a best-in-class member experience. You will recruit and develop operations and clinical staff, design hyper-local growth campaigns, manage licensing and facilities, and partner with HQ to scale the footprint across neighborhoods.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in management consulting, investment banking, hospitality or fast-growing startups.
• Analytical mindset with data-driven decision making.
• Hustle and execution with a bias toward action.
• Knowledge of Chicago neighborhoods and commuting patterns.
• Networking and business development to forge local partnerships.

Responsibilities

• Own Chicago's P&L: manage the local budget, margins, and forecasting.
• Grow the local team: hire, train, and develop operations and clinical staff.
• Initiate hyper-local marketing: design campaigns and partnerships to recruit new members.
• Build the supply-side: recruit and manage top clinicians to meet demand.
• Ensure operational excellence: oversee leaders' performance, supplies, and logistics.
• Manage local relationships: licensing, inspections, landlords, and city requirements.
• Collaborate with HQ to translate local needs into product changes.
• Deepen footprint: launch and scale new studios across the city.
