Job summary

Wally Health is seeking an Operations Manager to own day-to-day operations across 2-3 studios in New York. You will manage staffing, clinician coordination, and member experience, ensuring consistency and reliability for our members.

You will lead on operational performance, inventory planning, and collaboration with HQ. A strong analytical mindset and hustle are essential to drive improvements and scalable processes in a fast-growing organization.

Qualifications

• 2-3+ years in a fast-paced environment requiring quick action and attention to detail.
• Data-driven decision making with solid business judgment.
• Creative, solutions-driven mindset with a bias to action.

Responsibilities

• Drive multi-location P&Ls: support studio staffing, operations throughput and add-on treatment sales.
• Build & support studio teams: assist in hiring and training dentists, hygienists, and assistants; coordinate scheduling and training.
• Ensure operational performance: keep studios fully staffed, plan for gaps, ensure on-time, high-quality appointments.
