Job summary

The position requires a Bachelor's in Nursing and an active RN license, with a minimum of 5 years of nursing experience including 1 year in nurse management; 2+ years in management is preferred.

Qualifications

• RN license to practice in the state
• 5+ years of nursing experience including 1+ year in inpatient nurse manager
• 2+ years of inpatient nurse manager experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resources to provide optimal nursing care across units
• Manages staffing patterns and labor utilization for 24-hour coverage
• Ensures quality indicators and patient outcomes meet standards
• Collaborates with physicians, staff, and leadership to improve care and services
• Ensures compliance with Joint Commission and organizational policies
