The role requires an RN license, 5+ years in nursing with supervisory experience, and a Bachelor’s or Master’s in Nursing.

Qualificações

• Registered Nurse license issued by the state of practice and specialty certification within 1 year.
• 5 years of nursing experience including 1 year of supervisory experience in staff and budget management.
• Knowledge of nursing management concepts, clinical practice, and facility policies.

Responsabilidades

• Coordinate staffing and resources to ensure optimal nursing care 24/7.
• Evaluate care quality using standards, outcomes, and incident reports.
• Develop service strategies and monitor levels against indicators.
• Collaborate with other departments and promote evidence-based practice.
• Lead governance activities and drive changes in nursing practice.
• Develop budgets and monitor expenditures within approved targets.
