Job summary

In this role you will work closely with physicians and the care team to ensure adherence to guidelines, drive patient safety initiatives, manage EMR tasks, and lead site operations.

Qualifications

• Graduate from accredited school of nursing.
• 5+ years of nursing experience.
• BSN preferred.
• Leadership experience preferred.
• Knowledge of OSHA, FMLA, ADA, CDC guidelines and related regulations.
• Current RN Licensure in State of Illinois.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical care and health outcomes support across the care team.
• Ensure timely and accurate documentation of patient care and EMR tasks.
• Promote safety culture and lead investigations of patient safety events.
• Lead site clinical integration activities and coordinate with physicians.
• Manage staff scheduling and ensure adequate staffing.
