Job summary

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of nursing experience with supervisory responsibilities, including inpatient nurse management. A BSN is required, with a Master’s preferred, and licensure in the practice state is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Requires RN license in state of practice and specialty certification within 1 year.
• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or Bachelor’s and Master’s in Nursing.
• Minimum 5 years of nursing experience with supervisory leadership in budgets.
• Two+ years inpatient Nurse Manager experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinates resources for staffing, supplies, and systems to deliver nursing care.
• Maintains productivity with 24-hour staffing and scheduling patterns.
• Monitors care quality using standards, outcomes, and audits.
• Develops service strategies and improves customer and patient satisfaction.
