Job summary

Qualifications

• RN license in Texas required.
• BSN preferred.
• Experience in ambulatory clinic leadership is expected.
• Knowledge of Joint Commission/HIPAA standards is required.

Responsibilities

• Collaborates with care teams to optimize clinical outcomes.
• Analyzes population health data to improve workflows and patient care.
• Oversees clinical support teams and ensures regulatory compliance.
• Manages staff recruitment, onboarding, and evaluations.
