Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support multi-location properties. The role covers corrective and preventive maintenance, make-ready tasks, pool care, and daily site upkeep in a fast-paced environment.

You will respond to requests, maintain logs, and assist in safety and compliance under supervision. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and on-site software familiarity required.

Responsibilities

• Perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency and cosmetic maintenance.
• Assist with make-ready process to meet property objectives.
• Attend daily on-site tasks and respond to work orders promptly.
• Maintain pools, grounds and common areas; keep logs up to date.
• Support safety programs and follow Asset Living policies.
