Job summary

Trinity Property Consultants in Shreveport, LA is seeking a Maintenance Technician II who will perform service requests, preventative maintenance and full turns with independence across electrical, HVAC, plumbing and appliance systems.

You will respond to on-call and emergency requests, participate in inspections, manage inventory, and uphold safety standards while supporting and guiding junior technicians.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience, multifamily preferred.
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools, diagnostic equipment, and chemical safety procedures.
• Maintain personal tool inventory.
• Complete required safety and compliance training.
