Realty Center Management, a multi-site property management company, seeks a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician for Garnet Lake Properties in Hollywood, CA. You will perform preventative maintenance, repair building systems, and keep units safe, functional, and visually appealing.

Responsibilities

• Perform ongoing maintenance on building systems including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and general property components.
• Maintain lighting, irrigation, pools, and overall grounds.
• Provide professional, courteous service to residents and communicate clearly with management.
• Respond to maintenance issues promptly and effectively, and prepare apartments for new residents.
