Job summary

TRG Management Company, a premier property management firm, seeks a Maintenance Technician to support multiple communities. You will perform hands-on maintenance, electrical work, and preventative tasks while ensuring safe, clean, and well-maintained properties.

Ideal candidates have a high school diploma and at least 2 years of apartment maintenance experience, with EPA/CFC certification preferred. Base salary + bonus and comprehensive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Hands-on apartment maintenance experience preferred.
• EPA or CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or assists in maintaining offices through painting, carpet cleaning, repairs, and housekeeping.
• Responsible for hands-on maintenance of the property including inspection and repairs of interior/exterior areas.
• Installs and repairs electrical systems and components of machinery.
• Performs preventive maintenance and logs findings in maintenance records.
• Provides on-call emergency maintenance as required.
• Maintains grounds and keeps them free of trash and debris.
• Monitors mechanical equipment including water heaters and HVAC units.
• Diagnoses malfunctioning equipment and replaces faulty wires and components.
• Replaces electrical components such as relays, switches, and motors.
