Job summary

CloudTen Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to cover Idlewild Townhomes, Sarrazin Arms, Colonial Court, Prater Way, and NVRHA Sparks Homes. You will perform preventative and emergency maintenance, assist with pools, laundry, and common areas, and ensure safe, clean, and well‑maintained communities for residents.

The role requires a valid driver’s license and the ability to travel between sites as needed. Prior maintenance experience and basic IT skills are important for success.

Qualifications

• 1 year certificate from college or technical school, or 2 years related experience or training.
• Valid driver’s license is required for travel between properties.
• CPO preferred, but not required.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform all aspects of property maintenance including preventative, corrective, deferred and emergency maintenance.
• Handle appliance, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, pool, custodial tasks as needed.
• Maintain exterior curb appeal and grounds cleanliness across properties.
• Assist in pool/spa, laundry, recreation, rental office, restrooms and common area upkeep.
• Ensure timely maintenance requests and notify management if delays occur.
• Follow safety policies and wear required PPE at all times.
