Job summary

Harbor Group Management Co. is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to maintain two or more properties and ensure buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for safety and functionality.

Responsibilities include handling resident service requests, performing routine maintenance, and supporting the property’s efficient operation. The role requires on-site work, emergency on-call availability, and a focus on quality inspections and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of general maintenance experience (plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, or appliance repair).
• HVAC certification preferred; EPA Type I/II or Universal certification required for refrigerant handling.
• Multifamily (apartment) maintenance experience highly desired.
• Must be available for emergency on-call, including evenings and weekends.
• Valid driver’s license for golf cart operation if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Perform technical and mechanical maintenance across plumbing, electrical, HVAC, carpentry, and appliance repair.
• Respond to resident service requests promptly using a work order system.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and repairs to ensure safe operation.
• Prepare vacant units for new residents, inspections, punch lists, and scheduling contractors.
• Maintain amenity areas through cleaning, trash removal, and minor painting.
