Job summary

Propelled Brands, Inc. is seeking a Maintenance Technician for My Salon Suite locations across the United States.

The role covers routine and preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and vendor coordination to keep salons safe, clean, and lease-ready. Ideal candidates will have hands-on skills in doors, locks, drywall, painting, plumbing, electrical, and HVAC, with the ability to coordinate with contractors and property management.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of facilities maintenance experience preferred.
• Experience with salons or multi-tenant environments is a plus.
• Solid understanding of plumbing, electrical, carpentry basics, and painting.

Responsibilities

• Manage work orders from requests to completion.
• Coordinate with district managers, vendors, and property management.
• Perform routine and preventive maintenance across multiple locations.
• Identify safety concerns and escalate to the Facilities Project Manager.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies as needed.
