Propelled Brands Franchising, LLC in Woodbridge, VA is seeking a Maintenance Technician to oversee 6–10 My Salon Suite locations, performing routine and preventive maintenance, coordinating vendors, and ensuring all sites remain safe and lease‑ready. You will troubleshoot building systems, manage work orders, and respond to after‑hours emergencies as needed.

The ideal candidate has hands‑on facilities experience, knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC basics, drywall, painting, and carpentry,

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of general, commercial, or facilities maintenance experience.
• Experience with salons, retail, or multi-tenant environments preferred.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, carpentry, drywall, painting, and general building components.

Responsibilities

• Manage tickets from initial request to closeout, coordinating with managers and vendors.
• Perform routine maintenance and preventiv e tasks across multiple locations.
• Assist with HVAC-related checks and coordinate contracted services as needed.
• Respond to after-hours emergencies and ensure site readiness and safety.
