Trinity Property Consultants in Taunton, MA is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I to support the upkeep of multiple properties. You will perform routine maintenance, complete service requests, and contribute to making-ready tasks while adhering to safety standards.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas, perform routine maintenance.
• Complete service requests and make-ready tasks, and perform minor repairs.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a basic personal tool kit.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
