Trinity Property Consultants is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I to support property upkeep across multiple sites. You will perform routine maintenance, complete make-ready tasks, and handle minor repairs to ensure safe, well-maintained communities.

Ideal candidates bring at least 1 year of maintenance experience and familiarity with basic electrical/plumbing work. A High School Diploma or GED is required, with opportunities for growth within multifamily maintenance.

Qualifications

• 1+ year maintenance or porter experience (multifamily preferred).
• Beginner-level exposure to electrical, plumbing, HVAC, carpentry, or painting.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Ability to safely operate hand and basic power tools.
• Understanding chemical safety procedures.
• Basic computer and mobile literacy and familiarity with work-order systems.

Responsibilities

• Maintain property grounds and common areas.
• Complete routine service requests and make-ready tasks.
• Perform paint touch-ups and minor repairs.
• Replace basic hardware, fixtures, screens, and outlets.
• Assist with inspections and preventative maintenance.
• Support seasonal preparation and storm response.
• Maintain clean work and storage areas.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
