Trinity Property Consultants in Taunton, MA is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician I to support the upkeep of multiple properties. You will perform routine maintenance, complete service requests, and contribute to making-ready tasks while adhering to safety standards.

As a Multi-Site MaintenanceTechnician I, you are the foundation of the maintenance team across your properties. You support property upkeep, completerutinerepairs, and build essential trade skills that prepare you for advancement within multifamily maintenance.
Compensation: $22 - $26/hour, based on experience, plus potential to earn renewal bonuses. Eligible for a $250 monthly car allowance.
Schedule: Monday through Friday, 40 hours per week, with participation in a rotating on-call schedule.

Physical Demands
