Trinity Property Consultants in Edwardsville, IL is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Technician II to support multiple properties. You will perform service requests, preventive maintenance, and full turns with independence, ensuring high operational standards.

Qualified applicants have 2+ years in maintenance across trades (HVAC, plumbing, electrical), basic appliance knowledge, and a HS diploma. EPA and CPO certifications are preferred; evening/weekend on-call rotation is required.

Qualifications

• 2+ years maintenance experience required (multifamily preferred).
• Intermediate-level skills across multiple trades (electrical, plumbing, HVAC, etc.).
• Working knowledge of appliances.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Independently complete service requests and make-ready turns.
• Diagnose and repair intermediate HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and appliance issues.
• Conduct preventative maintenance and building inspections.
• Participate in move-in/move-out inspections.
• Maintain inventory and shop organization.
• Respond to on-call and emergency service requests.
• Demonstrate safe operation of tools and diagnostic equipment.
