Job summary

Allied Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician (Multisite) to support communities across multiple sites, traveling to assigned locations to perform routine maintenance, repairs, and upkeep of buildings, grounds, and amenities. You will assist with contracted projects, participate in safety trainings, and help ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents.

The role requires a high school diploma (technical training preferred) and at least one year of maintenance

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or relevant certifications preferred.
• At least 1 year of maintenance-related experience.
• Basic knowledge of building systems, tools, and repair techniques.
• Ability to read and follow written and verbal instructions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Physical ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in varied weather and environmental conditions.
• Commitment to delivering excellent customer service to residents and colleagues.

Responsibilities

• Travel to assigned communities to provide maintenance coverage.
• Perform general maintenance, repairs, and renovations to buildings, facilities, and equipment.
• Inspect property to identify maintenance needs, determine scope of work, and recommend solutions.
• Assist with contracted projects to ensure adherence to specifications.
• Purchase building and maintenance supplies, tools, and equipment as directed.
• Support the Maintenance Supervisor in adhering to departmental budgets.
• Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of common areas, grounds, and amenities.
• Assist with unit turns and preparation for new move-ins.
• Attend and participate in required meetings, safety trainings, and professional development sessions.
• Adhere to all company policies, safety protocols, and compliance requirements.
