Job summary

I & MJ Gross Company Inc is seeking a Multi-site Maintenance Technician to support maintenance teams at several local apartment communities. You will float between locations as needed to complete a broad range of tasks and respond to work orders.

The role emphasizes hands-on preventative maintenance, basic plumbing, electrical, and HVAC skills, strong mechanical aptitude, and solid service mindset. Teamwork, troubleshooting and customer service are essential.

Qualifications
