Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor in Texas to oversee daily maintenance operations at the community, manage staff and vendors, and ensure safety and quality in all repairs. The role requires coordinating service requests, monitoring budgets, implementing preventative maintenance, and maintaining thorough records while delivering excellent resident service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desired.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management and on-site supervision
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to resident requests and work orders
• Inspect grounds and buildings for safety and compliance
• Maintain inventory and budget adherence
• Lead maintenance staff and provide training
• Participate in on-call emergencies
• Maintain records of service requests and OSHA standards
• Ensure proper make-ready of units
