Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Supervisor to oversee maintenance operations at our Texas communities. You will supervise staff and vendor activities, respond to service requests, enforce safety standards, and maintain preventive maintenance programs.

This is a full‑time on‑site role requiring a High School Diploma, EPA/CPO certification, basic computer skills, and knowledge of OSHA and Fair Housing laws; HVAC knowledge is valued.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• EPA & CPO certification required; HVAC desirable.
• Ability to perform on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintenance Management: oversee maintenance operations and staff.
• Coordinate, schedule, and respond to service requests and work orders.
• Inspect and maintain grounds, buildings, and common areas; ensure safety compliance.
• Manage inventory and preventative maintenance programs; monitor budget adherence.
• Assist with emergencies and on-call duties as required.
