Job summary

Birgo Realty is seeking a maintenance supervisor to lead a two-technician crew, handle work orders, and oversee vendor coordination across multiple apartment communities in Greensburg and New Kensington.

The role requires strong trade skills (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall), safety leadership, and ability to manage on-site operations from Monday to Friday with an on-call rotation.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in multifamily maintenance.
• 3+ years experience as a supervisor.
• Experience managing multi-site portfolios.
• Must be eligible to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Lead people management for a two-person maintenance team.
• Manage turnovers, work orders, inventory, and groundskeeping.
• Process work orders via mobile devices and apps (AppFolio).
• Set safety expectations and adhere to safety standards.
• Complete high-skilled work (plumbing, electrical, HVAC, drywall).
• Monitor expenditures and stay within budget.
• Source and coordinate external contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Support renovations, preventative maintenance, and construction projects.
• Serve as liaison between property management and maintenance teams.
• Manage on-call rotation.
• Other duties as assigned.
