Job summary

Berkshire Residential Investments is seeking a Sr. Maintenance Technician to support multi-site communities and uphold high standards of property maintenance and resident service.

The role requires hands-on maintenance across appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and related systems, with a strong emphasis on safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal. You will work closely with management while delivering exceptional customer service to residents and teammates.

Qualifications

• At least 1 year of maintenance experience in a community setting.
• Knowledge of appliances, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and building maintenance.
• Proficient writing, speaking and understanding of English.

Responsibilities

• Own and help drive preservation of the property's physical attributes.
• Support management in upholding community and corporate standards, policies and procedures.
• Ensure safety measures are enforced.
• Maintain shop, company equipment, inventory control and security.
• Act as an inspector to maintain curb appeal and property aesthetics.
• Provide excellent customer service to residents and teammates.
