Job summary

Jobot Consulting seeks a Maintenance Supervisor to own maintenance across a multi-property portfolio and lead technicians who support it. You will supervise at several sites, handle electrical, plumbing, and appliance repairs, and oversee make-readies, cleaning, and painting during turnovers.

The role requires a valid driver’s license, the ability to travel between properties, and availability for on-call evenings and weekends. Competitive PTO, holidays, and benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience supervising maintenance staff is required.
• Multi-site responsibility strongly preferred.
• Hands-on capability across electrical, plumbing, appliances, and general repairs.

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance across a multi-property portfolio.
• Lead technicians across multiple sites.
• Repairs in electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Oversee make-readies, cleaning, and painting during unit turns.
• Snow removal and grounds oversight.
• Communicate with property managers and residents.
• On-call rotation, after-hours and weekends.
• Regular travel between properties with periodic longer trips.
