Job summary

Mercy Housing Management Group in Phoenix is seeking a hands-on Maintenance Manager to oversee maintenance across seven apartment communities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area, manage budgets and vendor contracts, and coordinate preventative and emergency work.

This role involves patching and painting, repairing appliances, preparing units for new residents, completing plumbing and electrical tasks, and ensuring occupancy goals are met while delivering excellent customer service to our residents.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of hands-on maintenance experience.
• Technical expertise in one or more building trades.
• Legally operate a motor vehicle (valid driver's license and insurance).

Responsibilities

• Oversee maintenance functions, budget, and vendor contracts for seven apartment communities in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.
• Coordinate preventative and emergency maintenance and prepare units for new residents.
• Complete plumbing and electrical tasks and manage work orders in collaboration with the property management team.
