Job summary

Mark-Taylor is seeking a Multi-Site Maintenance Supervisor to oversee the facilities and service teams across multiple Arizona communities, ensuring high-quality maintenance and safety standards.

You will lead hands-on maintenance, coordinate vendors, and manage make-ready activities to support leasing goals while delivering five-star service to residents. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• 3+ years of multi-family Maintenance Supervisor experience.
• Experience managing a high-performing team.
• Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, HVAC, pool maintenance, carpentry, and building systems.
• EPA Universal and CPO certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance, facilities, and grounds operations for multiple communities to meet Mark-Taylor standards.
• Coach and develop the service team, promoting accountability, collaboration, safety, and strong customer service.
• Perform hands-on maintenance and oversee inspections, diagnostics, and repairs across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems.
• Manage inventory and make-ready activity to support leasing goals and timely apartment readiness.
• Prioritize and monitor service requests and preventive maintenance across communities.
• Schedule contractors and vendors, monitor quality, timelines, and completion of repairs.
• Maintain records for work orders, inspections, inventories, and safety logs.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety requirements and company programs.
• Prepare weekly service reports and other required reporting on time.
• Lead capital project bidding, oversight, and execution.
• Build strong relationships with residents, team members, and vendors.
