Job summary

Morgan Properties is hiring a Multi-Site Service Manager to lead maintenance operations for the Ross Ridge Apartments and additional communities. You will oversee maintenance teams, set on-call coverage, and drive preventive maintenance across multiple sites to meet company standards and legal requirements.

The role emphasizes staff development, vendor coordination, and proactive problem-solving to deliver reliable, cost-effective service across properties.

Qualifications

• One-year certificate or equivalent education and experience.
• 5+ years of related maintenance leadership experience.
• HVAC/EPA/CFC certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Establish and manage a 24-hour on-call schedule for multiple sites.
• Adhere to a preventative maintenance schedule across sites.
• Directly supervise, coach, and develop maintenance technicians.
• Manage vendor and contractor relationships and approvals.
• Inspect community buildings and vacant units regularly.
• Monitor work orders and maintenance performance via systems.
